I have lived most of my life in the Brecon Beacons National Park and I feel that my art is influenced by the scenery that surrounds me. I love being outdoors and try to express this in my paintings.
I am a self-taught artist who has have always loved colour. I weave, crochet and paint and have tried most media but always come back to oils. At the moment I am mostly using palette knife.
Earlier this year I took part in the Crickhowell Open Art Competition, I had one painting selected and to my delight it sold.
In March 2025, I will be showing some of my work in the Found Gallery in Brecon as part of Brecon Women’s Festival

This year I am also taking part in Crickhowell Open Studios . I will be exhibiting my work In St Edmunds Church , Crickhowell, also on Spring Bank Holiday weekend
